Job Summary Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking Full Time Caregivers to provide assisted living and memory care to the resident population in our Santee, California facility. This is a full-time, hourly position that pays $16.25 - $20.00 an hour. Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly wages of $16.25 - $20.00 paid semimonthly

Responsibilities

Support residents in accordance with individual care plans
Deliver compassionate resident care with dedication to excellence
Attend staff meetings to ensure up-to-date information is communicated
Listen to and document residents' feedback and ensure communication with their families and healthcare providers
Perform housekeeping duties

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to complete detailed documentation
