The Remote Virtual Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining digital records for Anytime Fitness members, staff, and operational activities. This role ensures data integrity across multiple systems while supporting administrative and operational teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and proficient with data entry software, capable of managing high volumes of information in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management
Enter and update member, staff, and operational data in club management and CRM systems (e.g., Club OS, Mindbody, ABC Fitness Solutions).
Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure records meet company standards.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, forms, and operational documents.
Assist in generating reports for management review and operational analysis.
Identify and correct data discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
Administrative Support
Prepare and process electronic forms, contracts, and membership updates.
Communicate with club staff and regional offices to clarify or update records.
Support internal audits and compliance efforts by providing accurate documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information securely and maintain confidentiality of all records.
Ensure data management practices comply with company policies and privacy regulations.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles (remote experience preferred).
Experience in the fitness, service, or franchise industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong typing and computer skills (50+ WPM recommended).
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data management systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
