Description Contract Consultants will be trained on the USAA Claims University Perform and Sustain Leadership development program upon hire. Once Consultants are ground in the Perform and Sustain leadership development methodology, they will perform the tasks listed below under job responsibilities. Coach Managers on: o Effective time management and work prioritization o Develop Contact Center Representatives through best in class coaching techniques and practices o Leading effective team huddles o Creating huddle boards o Creating a continuous improvement culture o Celebrating and sustaining individual and team success - Facilitate group learning sessions for Front-line Managers - Facilitate individual meetings with mid-level Management o Coach Directors on ways to support Claims University programs o Prepare Directors to implement Claims University program responsibilities o Discuss program feedback and student performance issues - Facilitate small focus groups to gather information used for program improvement - Communicate program, team, and individual information via: o Written (email, Slack, or MS Word Doc) o Face to face meetings - Assist in gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting program results and progress using: o MS Excel o MS PowerPoint o MS Word They will coach operational leaders on concepts learned in our management process known as perform and sustain. They will watch managers coach, lead huddles, review performance, etc... and coach them on the behaviors they are demonstrating. Skills training facilitation, Adult learning principles, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, PPT, small group facilitation, ms office suite, Box, Zoom Top Skills Details training facilitation,Adult learning principles,Microsoft word,Microsoft excel,PPT,small group facilitation Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in claims/ training and development - Experience in financial services Thinking in both abstract and concrete o must also attend to details o task-oriented but able to work with others o tolerance for ambiguity Effective communication skills o Written o Verbal MS Office, Box, Zoom Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
