Job Description

In Office We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This is an in-person role that is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of Hale Law’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will handle content creation, filming, editing, posting, and coordination, while executing tailored strategies to engage our audience. Additionally, you will respond to comments, messages, and DMs, ensuring a professional and approachable tone that reflects our core values. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Develop original social media content (e.g., posts, reels, videos) aligned with Hale Law’s brand voice and campaigns.
  • Film and edit high-quality videos and photos using professional tools.
  • Align content with our social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, tailored to each platform’s audience and Hale Law’s goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align posts with campaigns.
  • Schedule and publish content using Social Pilot, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Responsible for the social media calendar.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs across all platforms, maintaining a compassionate and trustworthy tone.
  • Engage on community platforms.
  • Engage with followers, address inquiries, and respond to DMs.
  • Aware of social listening.
  • Participate in community events that Hale Law sponsors.
  • Analyze engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, reach) and provide weekly KPI reports to the Marketing Director.
  • Adapt strategies based on performance data to maximize reach and impact.
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years in a social media coordinator or content creation role Skills:
  • Proficiency in video filming.
  • Experience using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
