They are a fast growing and leading national industrial, construction, and marine skilled trades recruiting firm and are looking for a talented, sales professional who is eager to continue learning the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential new clients to generate business targeting commercial/industrial construction, heavy industrial and marine/shipyard/port business through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, inside sales efforts and other strategic sales process.
• Attend meetings and present contingent staffing solutions to C-level executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other decision makers
• Qualify leads, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close business
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
• Provide responsive and personalized customer service to existing clients
• Assist with account management tasks as needed
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with a proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment
  
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships through continuous follow through and being present
  
• Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
