We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packing Specialist . This position is responsible for packaging finished meat products, ensuring quality and accuracy, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack finished meat products into appropriate containers according to company standards
Accurately label and seal packages
Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
Follow all safety and food handling protocols
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Promptly report issues or concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in packing or manufacturing preferred, but not required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or packages (up to 50 lbs)
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Work Environment:
Cold storage and production environment
Standing for long periods
Repetitive tasks and physical activity
