Remote Position - Marketing Coordinator
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and answering questions on our team s processes.
Consult with partners on Eloqua campaign strategy, including email best practices.
Act as a steward on data privacy and security, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on email/data standards.
Oversee and enforce email governance protocols for email.
Manage and submit internal communications for the Partner Launch Experience.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects such as the Partner Launch Experience.
Train and onboard new users to our processes and marketing tools.
Maintain and update the Partner Engagement SharePoint site as a central resource hub.
Oversee user access and operations for the Stensul email creation tool.
Manage access to various marketing tools, ensuring proper permissions and compliance.

Project teams for major partner initiatives like Partner Launch Experience.
New employees or team members onboarding to our marketing tools.

A proactive and organized professional with strong project management skills.
Confident in consulting and advising on B2B marketing strategy and email best practices.
Highly detail-oriented, especially regarding data privacy and governance.
Comfortable taking ownership of processes and working independently.
Skilled at communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptable, quick to learn new systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related field.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategy and email campaign management.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience providing training or onboarding for new users.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Stensul, SharePoint, AirTable or similar marketing tools.
Direct experience with data privacy compliance in marketing.
Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
