Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Current New York LPN license in good standing.
• Committed to providing clinically sound and compassionate care.
• Cooperative, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, elderly, or emotionally upset residents.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Works well under pressure and collaboratively with all staff.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs within the LPN's scope of practice.
• Use nursing judgment and the nursing process to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.
• Administer standard nursing treatments/medications and monitor for desired or adverse effects.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to update care plans, document findings, and report concerns.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and activities to ensure proper care delivery.

Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour
