Job Responsibilities
•    Perform high-quality handyman work across a variety of residential projects.
•    Handle installations and repairs efficiently, ensuring all work meets company standards.
•    Communicate effectively with clients and team members to align on expectations.
•    Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and the company truck.
•    Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
Proficiency in at least 2 or more of the following skills (you do n’t need to know them all):
•    Tile installation (floors, walls, backsplashes, showers)
•    Painting
•    Carpentry
•    Door installation
•    Drywall, tape, bed, and texture application
*    Change out appliances
*.   Replace fans, light fixtures, faucets, etc

•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
•    21 year plus, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•    Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
