Fierce Staffing Services is hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to support a  Touring Activation for a national campus event series coming to Baltimore, MD This Month!

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll assist with event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown while ensuring an engaging and positive experience for attendees.

Event Details

• Cities: Baltimore, MD

• Event Dates:

  • Baltimore, MD – October 21–22, 2025

• Schedule Type: 2-day activations

Hours

Day 1:

• Load-in: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM

• Live: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Leave site: 7:00 PM

Day 2:

• Arrive onsite: 9:00 AM

• Live: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Load-out: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with activation setup, event management, and teardown

• Greet and engage students and attendees

• Maintain a clean, organized event space

• Ensure brand standards and on-site presentation meet expectations

• Work under the direction of the Field Manager to execute event logistics

Dress Code

• All-black attire (black top and pants)

• Closed-toe, comfortable shoes

• Branded gear may be provided

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and local to Reno or Eugene

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working on your feet outdoors for extended hours

• Able to assist with light physical setup/breakdown

• Prior event or brand experience a plus

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay

• No travel accommodations — local staff only
