Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join its team in Mission Viejo, California. In this position, you will be providing outpatient care at a large facility with a state-of-the-art equipment, as well as providing inpatient call coverage on some weeknights and weekends from home and if necessary, at Providence Mission Hospital. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel. With a weekday only schedule, you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance while being part of a strong mission-driven organization in southern California. * Full-time position, Monday to Friday primary schedule * Inpatient and outpatient care * Call is 1:9 for both weeknight and weekend coverage * In office ultrasound and Bone density on-site * On-site lab and diagnostic services * Opportunity for research involvement * High degree of clinical autonomy and easy access to system-wide support * CME days and dollars * Sign-on bonus * Compensation is between $250,220 and $347,600 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
