Job Title: Dispatcher

Job Summary:
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing schedules, routes, and communications to ensure efficient operations. This role involves receiving and relaying information, prioritizing service requests, monitoring driver or technician locations, and ensuring timely responses while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to calls, emails, or electronic requests for service.
• Dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel according to schedules, priorities, and customer needs.
• Communicate accurate information between customers, field staff, and management.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, assignments, and completed work.
• Adjust schedules or routes in response to delays, emergencies, or changing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service standards.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, reports, and scheduling.
• Check warranty status with vendors and process related service or repair requests.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or customer service preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with dispatch software and standard office applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train the right person).

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills 
• Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment 
• High typing and multitasking skills required 

• High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may prefer additional training or an associate degree).

PAY RANGE $41,600 - $47,840

Compensation details: 41000-48000 Yearly Salary
