Position: Concierge
Facility: West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation
Location: Deltona, Florida
Shift: Full Time | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections? At West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation, our Concierge team plays a vital role in ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported, and cared for every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Serve as a liaison between residents and facility departments to ensure timely attention to their needs.
Assist with non-clinical resident support, such as delivering ice, adjusting pillows, reading mail, and answering questions.
Welcome and support new admissions, helping residents feel comfortable during their transition.
Conduct follow-up visits and coordinate with departments to support resident well-being.
Walk facility floors daily to monitor and enhance the overall resident experience.
Support the admissions team by obtaining signed admission agreements.
Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Comfortable making independent decisions when necessary.
Open to learning and implementing new practices.
Ability to read and interpret financial documents and reports.
Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and office equipment.
