• Drive sales and leasing transactions by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for property listings.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Negotiate lease and sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of commercial real estate.
