Commercial HVAC Technician

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Replace faulty or damaged components
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
• EPA Universal
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must have your own tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license

Lee and Betsy Rosenberg ran a successful heating and air conditioning business, Metro-Tech Service Company for sixteen years before selling it to a large consolidator.
