We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial HVAC systems, a proven ability to solve complex technical issues, and a dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
· Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
· Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
· Leverage technical expertise to recommend and implement system upgrades or improvements.
· Accurately complete and submit detailed service reports.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a commercial environment.
· EPA Universal Certification is required.
· In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
