Responsibilities:

Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
Receiving and escorting visitors
Providing quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
Medication Management.
Following infection control techniques in performing patient and resident care.
Observing and reporting signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
Maintaining all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.

Documents required:

Must be actively licensed in the state of California as a Nursing Assistant
CPR or BLS Certification,
Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
6 months experience working as a CNA
