Detailing experience is not required, the right candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn our proven processes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time and thrives in a high-standard, professional environment.

Salary Range:

• Competitive starting pay that can range from $40,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Varying by the hourly pay and hours worked.
• Starting at $16/hr during training, climbing all the way to $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in regular training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in detailing services.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a harmonious work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Smith's Auto Salon with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Execute detailing services with meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceed customer expectations.
• Efficiently manage your time to meet client appointments and service deadlines, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism.
