Bramble & Hare is a Michelin Green Star winning restaurant founded by Jill and Chef Eric Skokan on our own award-winning organic farm, Black Cat Farm. As the farm's sister restaurant, we offer a true farm-to-table dining experience in a casual, vintage atmosphere. Our guests enjoy a 3-course tasting menu, heritage Mulefoot pork, and exceptional organic produce, complemented by a wonderful craft cocktail program.
Bramble & Hare is currently seeking bartenders interested in maintaining a small yet dynamic bar. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is nimble, detail-oriented, and creative, as we are always looking to enhance our cocktail program with fresh ideas.
This is a collaborative environment, and the ideal candidate is a team player comfortable with wearing many hats. Knowledge of farming and foraging is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a menu of classic and innovative cocktails.
Contribute creatively to the development of our seasonal cocktail program.
Engage with guests, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar space.
Work seamlessly with both front and back-of-house teams.
Compensation:
This is a tipped position. Tips are pooled and shared between the front and back-of-house to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
