AB Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, experienced BCBAs to join our growing education team in Texas ! We partner with highly engaged schools where collaboration, student growth, and innovation come first.

Position Highlights:

• Locations: Plano, TX.
• Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week, full academic year contract.
• Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
• Pay Range: $2,250–$2,437.50 per week (depending on experience).

As a School BCBA, you’ll:

• Oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity of implementation across assigned sites.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Review data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standards.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; Master's degree a plus.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation for regional travel.
