A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB:

A \Bartender\ must be friendly, outgoing and possess great communication skills. They should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. A bartender is responsible for representing the Company by providing guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment while living by our Core Values.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the \Bartender\ position with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

• Responsible for serving quests at the bar while also fulfilling drink orders for the dining room
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
• Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
