As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Retail Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our talented sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct calls professionally
• Enter daily orders in the ERP System and track shippable items
• Run daily reports for management
• Maintain both paper and electronic Retail Sales Records
• Create and send email blasts to customers regarding new items or price increases
• Collaborate with the sales team on large projects and assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, day shift
• On-site position
